Hi, I’m Daphne Mestries — Integrative Health Practitioner, Nutritionist and Emotional Energetic Therapist. For over 15 years, I’ve worked with cancer patients, specializing in anti-inflammatory living, detoxification, and emotional healing.
Patients would come to me exhausted not only from the disease itself but from the overwhelm, the doubt, or the perpetual feeling that they were not doing enough. They were stuck in a loop.
But the truth is, they were focusing on the wrong things, getting lost in the details. Diluting their efforts.
Together, we remove the unnecessary clutter and focus only on what really moves the needle through guided support.
